SPEECH-LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST
DIRECTOR OF THERAPEUTIC SERVICES
Carleen is a licensed and certified speech-language pathologist who graduated Magna Cum Laude from Salus University with a Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology. She became interested in speech therapy after completing her undergraduate psychology degree and having the opportunity to work as an office manager in a pediatric speech therapy practice. During this time, she became passionate about the sessions she was observing and followed her dream by attending graduate school.
Pediatric feeding and swallowing is an area of interest for Carleen, as well as articulation, social skills, and other developmental delays that impact communication. Carleen recently attended a training seminar hosted by a nationally recognized expert in swallowing and feeding and American Speech-Language-Hearing Association board-certified specialist in swallowing and swallowing disorders.
Carleen is Prompt© trained, which is a research-based technique that helps to restructure articulation skills with a tactile-kinesthetic approach that uses touch cues to a patient’s articulators (jaw, tongue, lips) to manually guide them through a targeted word, phrase or sentence.
Carleen is an SOS© Approach to Feeding trained therapist. SOS© (The Sequential Oral Sensory) Approach to Feeding is a Play-Based program that teaches children to eat at a pace that respects their readiness to progress through learning the 32 different steps involved in the task of eating. A nationally and internationally recognized approach for assessing and treating children with feeding difficulties.
OMT is a program used to correct breathing, swallowing, and chewing disorders, normalize freeway space, help stabilize the bite, and eliminate noxious oral habits such as tongue-thrusting and thumb-sucking. OMT stabilizes orthodontic, surgical, and dental results.
Carleen lives in Bucks County with her husband, two children and two dogs. She loves to spend time with family, go out to dinner, and travel and is an avid cruiser.
KRISTIN
FITZGERALD
DIRECTOR OF CLINICAL OPERATIONS
Kristin is a Speech Language Pathologist who graduated Magna Cum Laude from Salus University with a Master of Science in Speech Pathology Degree. Kristin received her Bachelor of Science Degree from The Pennsylvania State University where she studied Communication Sciences and Disorder.
Kristin has a passion for working in pediatrics and enjoys making every child's session unique and individualized to his or her plan of care. She has worked with a variety of populations and ages, allowing her to expand her skills and knowledge in a wide range of specialty areas. Kristin loves to further her education by keeping up to date on the newest trainings!
Kristin received her ASDCS certification by completing the 2021 Autism Symposium: What's New and What's Next in Treating Clients on the Spectrum where she learned the ins and outs on all things autism, including but not limited to social skills, sexuality, transition programs, and sensorimotor interventions.
Kristin received training in Orofacial Myofunctional Therapy which addresses oral motor difficulties as a result of a tongue tie. She has worked with infants, toddlers, and school aged children using this specialized program.
Kristin completed her training to become a NLA trained Clinician in February 2023. This training focuses on identifying, evaluating, and treating children with delayed echolalia, also known as scripting, and helps children work towards mitigating this language into more original, functional language in their everyday lives.
Kristin lives in Philadelphia, PA. She loves running, baking, and traveling. Kristin studied abroad during her undergraduate degree in Florence, Italy. She loves pasta!
LEAD SPEECH-LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST, FEASTERVILLE
Paige is a licensed and certified speech language pathologist who graduated Summa Cum Laude from Salus University with a Master of Science Degree. She attended The Pennsylvania State University where she obtained her Bachelor's Degree.
She has a passion for working with pediatrics and has had opportunities to work in the public school setting, outpatient clinics, and in acute care. She has worked with diverse populations including autism spectrum disorder, articulation and phonological disorders, social communication disorders, and fluency disorders. She loves working with children of all ages to help promote growth in their speech and language abilities!

Paige is from New Jersey but currently lives in Philadelphia, PA. She has an adorable black lab dog named Moxie. She enjoys spending her time with friends and family, exercising, and traveling. During the summer, you can find her at her beach house in Long Beach Island, NJ!
LEAD SPEECH-LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST, PLYMOUTH MEETING
Olivia is a clinical fellow speech-language pathologist. She earned her Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology at Moravian University. Her Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders was earned at Temple University with a certificate of American Sign Language.
Olivia is passionate about working with the pediatric population to support growth in their communication and language development. She promotes a team-based therapeutic environment, and is dedicated to providing individualized care to each of her clients. Olivia has experience with articulation, early language development, social skills, and fluency. She has experience working in public schools and pediatric outpatient centers.
Olivia is from Lehigh County, Pennsylvania. She loves spending time with her husband, two dogs (Kenai and Khaleesi), and a cat (Kora). She spends most of her free time hiking, camping, and reading. She's always looking for an adventure!
SPEECH-LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST, LEVITTOWN
Andrea is a clinical fellow speech-language pathologist from Salus University with a Master of Science Degree. She attended Temple University where she obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders, with a certificate in American Sign Language.
Andrea enjoys working with the pediatric population because it is such a crucial age for language development. Her passion is to not only help individuals improve their communication skills, but to also support and empower them throughout their therapeutic journey. Andrea has worked with a variety of populations and settings including public school settings and home health.
Andrea is from New York but now lives in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. She is a Spanish-English bilingual and enjoys traveling to Mexico in the summers with her family. Andrea also enjoys playing with her puppy, Suki, during her free time!

Bridgette is a Speech-Language Pathologist who graduated from Harding University in Arkansas with a Master of Science Degree in Speech Pathology. Bridgette received her Bachelor of Science Degree from La Salle University where she studied Communication Sciences and Disorders.
Bridgette has a passion for working with the pediatric population. She has experience working with children of all ages and enjoys helping them achieve their goals and develop communication skills that are unique to them. Bridgette has experience working in pediatric outpatient centers, schools, early intervention, and specialized school programs.
Bridgette lives in Montgomery County with her fiancé. Bridgette spends all of her free time working out, spending time with family and friends, and going on walks with her dog, Lana.
SPEECH-LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST
Jessica is a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist who graduated Magna Cum Laude from La Salle University with Master of Science and Bachelor of Science Degrees. She has a passion for working with the pediatric population and became an SLP because of her desire to serve children.
Jessica has experience evaluating and treating children with communication disorders including speech, expressive and receptive language, fluency, and social-pragmatic disorders. Jessica has worked in schools and in Early Intervention in Bucks County and Philadelphia.
Jessica grew up in Bucks County and currently lives there with her husband. In her free time, she loves to cook, sing, play the piano, play board games and spend time with her husband. Her favorite dessert is ice cream!

Marisa is a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist who graduated Summa Cum Laude from Salus University with a Master of Science degree in Speech Language Pathology. She attended West Chester University where she obtained her bachelor’s degree in communication sciences and Disorders with a minor in Psychology.
Marisa has always had a passion for working with the pediatric population. She is a caring professional who is dedicated to supporting the child and helping them develop communication skills. She has experience working with children of all ages and enjoys making every session unique while helping them achieve their goals. Marisa has experience working in a variety of settings including public schools, specialized school programs, and hospitals.
Marisa is from Bucks County, Pennsylvania. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, exercising, and playing with her pets. In her free time, you will find her enjoying the outdoors or reading a good book!
SPEECH-LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST
Kelsey is a clinical fellow speech-language pathologist from Widener University with a Master
of Science degree. She attended West Chester University where she obtained her bachelor’s
degree in communication sciences and Disorders with a minor in Linguistics.
Kelsey is a dedicated professional who is passionate about supporting children in their speech, language, and feeding journeys. She prioritizes collaboration with families and other professionals to provide effective and individualized therapy and to help her clients reach their full potential. Kelsey has experience working with children of all ages in a variety of settings including pediatric hospitals, specialized school programs, and public schools.
Kelsey is from Bucks County, Pennsylvania. She enjoys spending time with her friends, family, and her dog, Bailey. In her free time, you can find her reading a good book, taking a walkoutdoors, or watching her favorite TV shows.
SPEECH-LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST CLINICAL FELLOW
Brianna is a Clinical Fellow Speech-Language Pathologist who graduated from Stockton
University with a Master of Science Degree. She received a Bachelor of Science Degree from the
University of Delaware where she studied Cognitive Science with a specialization in Speech- Language Pathology, and minors in Disability Studies & Psychology.
Brianna is passionate about working with the pediatric population, while still striving to work
with a diverse population to deliver individualized therapy. She is eager to collaborate with families and related professionals to deliver comprehensive treatment that enables children to meet their goals. Brianna has experience with individuals across the lifespan in neurological rehabilitation clinics, outpatient clinics, and public-school settings.
Brianna is from New Jersey but currently lives in Newtown, PA. She enjoys spending time with friends and family, exercising, going to the beach, and watching her favorite movies.
SPEECH-LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST
Quanasia is a Clinical Fellow Speech-Language Pathologist who graduated Magna Cum Laude from University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences with a Master of Science Degree. She received her Bachelor of Arts Degree from St. Joseph’s University - New York where she studied Communication Sciences and Disorders.
Quanasia is a dedicated and passionate professional who has known she wanted to be
a crucial component in facilitating functional communication since she was introduced
to the field of speech-language pathology. She is enthusiastic about collaborating with
families to provide meaningful and individualized intervention to children. Quanasia has
experience working with children of all ages, across a variety of settings including public
schools, specialized school programs, home health, and virtual therapy.
Quanasia moved to PA from Long Island, NY a couple of years ago to complete her
graduate degree. In her free time, she enjoys exploring new areas, watching tv shows,
and utilizing her creativity to make varying items, like stickers.
SPEECH-LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST
Sam is a PA and GA licensed Speech-Language Pathologist who graduated from the University of West Georgia with a Master of Education degree in Speech Language
Pathology. She attended Georgia College & State University where she obtained her
bachelor’s degree in Special Education (2016), and Utah State University for a bachelor’s degree in Communicative Disorders and Deaf Education (2017).
Sam has experience evaluating and treating children with a multitude of speech and
language disorders. She has been working with children with intellectual and physical disabilities for over 10 years, as a former Special Education teacher and now a Speech-Language Pathologist. She has experience working in pediatric outpatient centers, schools, and early intervention. Sam enjoys creating tailored therapy plans for each client through themes, play, crafts, music, and games.
Sam was born in New Jersey, but grew up in Peachtree, GA. She just moved to Langhorne,
PA from Newnan, GA with her husband and dog, Storm (Siberian Husky). In her free time,
she enjoys cooking, spending time with family and friends, painting/crafting, and going to
concerts!

Michael Reilly (Mr. Michael) has been a speech therapist for over 33 years and has worked with children from birth to 21 years of age, in the home, school, and outpatient clinic settings.
Experienced with children with communication and swallowing disorders, including speech, language, fluency, and voice disorders, resulting from developmental delays/disorders, neuromuscular disorders, Attention-Deficit/Hyperactive Disorder, Autistic Spectrum Disorder, chromosomal/genetic disorders, Cleft palate/lip, and social/emotional/behavioral disorders.
